The Reporting & Analytics Professional will play a critical role in providing technical expertise and functional planning experience, specifically focusing on Adaptive Insights. The professional will be responsible for addressing and resolving Adaptive issues while contributing to software and business solutions. Key duties will include collaborating with teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring cross-functional issues are identified and resolved.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize strong Adaptive technical knowledge and functional planning experience to support business processes and reporting.
  2. Serve as both an individual contributor and a team member, working to resolve Adaptive issues reported through Snow ticketing systems and helping develop innovative software solutions.
  3. Develop and maintain strong client work relationships, providing effective solutions to their reporting and analytics needs.
  4. Identify, assess, and resolve cross-functional issues that impact reporting and data analytics across departments.
  5. Help manage and coordinate bi-annual Adaptive Releases, ensuring new features are tested and implemented seamlessly into existing systems.

This role requires a balance of independent problem-solving and collaborative teamwork to support continuous improvements in reporting processes.

  • Proficient in Adaptive Insights with hands-on experience in resolving technical and functional issues.
  • Strong communication and client management skills.
