Duration-Type: 6 + months Contract to Hire

We are seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to support the Marketing & Sales Platform team within Consumer Lending. In this contingent resource assignment, you will:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Digital Product Management.
• Review and analyze multi-faceted, larger-scale, or long-term Digital Product Management challenges, requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex situations through a solid understanding of relevant functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables.
• Collaborate strategically with internal personnel across product, business, technology, and analytics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Product Owner for Marketing Experience Optimization, which involves managing a suite of technology platform capabilities designed to enhance marketers ability to test and personalize digital experiences.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement and optimize the use of Adobe Target for marketing purposes.
• Leverage agile methodology to drive platform capabilities, documenting epics and features as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Digital Product Management experience, or equivalent through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
• Proven experience leading teams implementing the use of Adobe Target for marketing purposes, with expert-level knowledge of how these systems work from both functionality and technical perspectives.
• In-depth experience supporting marketing and analyst communities using experimentation platforms such as Adobe Target.
• Expertise in agile methodologies and driving out platform capabilities.
