  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Team Scope: We are the team under Cloud Marketing. We focus on delivering strategy, operations and analytics support to the North America Marketing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine marketing strategies: Collaborate with marketing leadership to define the overall marketing vision, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Proactively communicate and manage two-way ongoing operational requirements to ensure operational compliance and improve the operational experience for marketers.
  • Monitor business performance, develop forward looking strategies, and implement key business decisions aligned to overall GCM strategy & OKRs.
  • Collaborate with core team to execute daily rhythm of the business priorities.

Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in a role focused on marketing operations and strategy.
  • Experience developing and implementing operational strategies and processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness in a marketing context.
  • 4+ years of experience working with executive stakeholders.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, and how they relate to marketing operations.
  • Experience managing projects with a diverse range of stakeholders and expertises within a marketing context a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapt to change quickly, and manage competing priorities.

Education:

  • Master s degree in Business Administration (or a related field), or relevant experience.
