Job Description :

Proficient in Enterprise Architecture concepts and industry standard frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, BIZBOK
Experienced in defining and implementing EA standards (principles, templates) and processes (governance, knowledge management)
Define EA operating model, scope and implementation plan
Define and implement Architecture Governance and Metrics management
Define and implement EA Content Management processes
Collaborate with various business and technology stakeholders to articulate architecture requirements/ use cases and translate into EA solutions
Experienced in developing EA solution assets pertaining to current state analysis, transformation, rationalization, portfolio management, tech debt assessment etc,.
Define roles and responsibilities for various architecture roles
Ability to understand and connect entities / relationships across architecture domains such as Business Architecture, Application Architecture, Data Architecture and Technology Architecture
Experienced in implementing and managing content in EA tools such as LeanIX, Orbus 365, Alfabet etc,.
Assess EA tool features and propose appropriate tooling solutions for client requirements
Experienced in EA modelling frameworks such as Archimate, BPMN 2.0, EPC
Develop and deliver training content related to EA concepts, standards and processes
Identify and implement best practices and continuous improvement opportunities for EA processes

Responsibilities:

To provide expert advisory for smooth delivery of service offerings and enhance or customize solution-sets in line with the strategy of the practice.

(2.) To guide, manage, develop and engage the team for enhanced productivity

(3.) To review project deliverables for first time right delivery and ensure high customer satisfaction scores

(4.) To understand client environment, customize solution-sets and consult the delivery team in key project phases like solution design

(5.) To write white papers and other collaterals for enabling practice evangelization
