Location- CA- Remote
Type- Contract - C2C Works
Duration- 6+ Years
Job Description-
Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems (e.g., payroll, time management, ERP systems).
Manage API-based integrations, middleware platforms , and third-party vendor systems.
Ensure data consistency, security, and accuracy during integration processes.
Lead integration projects from planning to execution, including scope definition, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and align integration solutions.
Required Skills-
Overall Experience: 12+
Workday Integration Experience: 5+
A minimum of five (5) years of FTE experience performing business analysis, requirements management, testing, design and configuration. A minimum of three (3) years must have been on projects with budgets of at least $3 million dollars.
Good Knowledge in Workday HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management, Talent Management, Payroll).
Proficiency in Workday integration tools such as: Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Integration Cloud, and Workday Web Services.
Strong understanding of HCM systems and processes, HR data models, and APIs.
Good to Have-
Workday HCM certification
Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience with cloud-based solutions and SaaS integrations.
Knowledge of data privacy and security standards, such as GDPR.
Experience and Certifications around Project Management, Scrum, Business Analysis, Testing, ITIL and Lean Sigma.
