Business Analyst with FlexCube (Mandatory)

The Loans Operations teams support all lending activity for Corporate and Commercial clients of the bank across North America, Latin America, EMEA and Asia. The Loan IQ Ops Readiness Trading will be responsible for understanding and supporting the transformation efforts across Loan Operations driven by the implementation of the a new commercial banking lending system - Loan IQ.
This role will require thorough understanding of strategic direction of the lending business as the organization transitions from the historical Flexcube processing environment to the Loan IQ platform. Specifically, the position requires the ability to understand how that transition relates to the Operations team s ability to support business strategy and growth through a system transition, while supporting buildout of new operational, risk and control processes.
