Summary

• We are looking for a proven Project Manager who can leverage their IT delivery experience to help transform a development team into a high-performing organization. The Project Manager will work closely with the Development team, as well as the IT Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight and management of IT development teams.
• Responsible for running standups, tracking iteration work, escalating issues to management and PM level reporting.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, processes, metrics, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
• Communicate clearly and timely with team members; both praising a job well done and providing guidance on methods to improve capabilities and velocity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience working on software development projects.
• Experience with the software development lifecycle and Agile delivery.
• Ability to work closely with development team and drive the team to reach objectives.
• Thorough understanding of project management techniques and methods.
• Multi-tasker who is comfortable working alone or in a team environment.
• Detail oriented, ability to assess a situation quickly and form a plan of action.
