  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Description:

The role of the IT representative is to act as a liaison between the Client and onsite PruTech employees. The IT representative will be responsible for analyzing data and translating data into visual reports. Applicants for the Sr. IT Rep role should have some experience troubleshooting desktop issues though it doesn t have to be extensive

Responsibilities:

  • The IT Support Representative serves as the dedicated point of contact for incoming technology inquiries for all business units within the organization.
  • Responsible for the complete, accurate, and comprehensive fulfillment of a wide range of data analysis, reporting, customer service and on-site troubleshooting requests.
  • He will serve as a primary liaison to the client's central technology department on behalf of all employees, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • This individual is expected to build strong working relationships with staff to contribute towards maintaining high levels of overall customer satisfaction.
