REMOTE Marketing Manager (Growth Strategy)

Our client, a wellness brand, is hiring a Marketing Manager (Growth Strategy) to join their team at a remote capacity. This is a temporary position that will continue for four and a half months.

Job Duties Include:

• Develop and lead the strategy and execution of quarterly marketing business briefings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create consumer-facing messaging on a time-sensitive schedule
• Work with marketing channels to present marketing briefs and support the adaptation of into channel-specific strategies
• Align upper-funnel and mid- to lower-funnel strategies, ensuring a seamless and consumer-focused experience
• Oversee and manage calendar, keeping all channel leads informed about initiatives, and coordinate with creation teams to ensure alignment where relevant
• Lead the performance review process for demand capture channels, analyzing key insights to optimize strategies
• Ad hoc duties as needed and assigned
  
  

Job Qualifications Include:

• 6+ years of marketing experience
• Experience with global brands, spanning multiple channels such as paid media, lifecycle, web, and retail preferred
• Expertise in building and managing complex cross-functional processes
• Experience working within a global organization and developing global marketing strategies
• Strong background in integrated planning across purchase funnel
• Excellent analytical and data-driven strategy skills
• Strong project management capabilities
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  
  

Salary: $72-$74/hr
