Requirements
Top must-have skills / Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role setting
- Strong expertise in IT Service Management ITSM principles and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
- 3 years of experience in incident management for legal case management system
- 2 years of hands-on support/administration of Mitratech's TeamConnect 6.0 and newer
- Experience with document management vendor solutions
Additional Skills:
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Stellar communication collaboration skills
- Excellent organization
- Excellent time management
- Experience with document management vendor solutions
