Join the Enterprise Growth, Enablement, and Proposals (EGEP) Team at ICF as a Client Experience (CX) intern.

EGEP is staffed by a wide range of BD experts. We specialize in capture and proposal development, market research, data management and technology, training, price-to-win, and more. By providing a suite of services, tools, and programs, we support project teams across the organization as they develop strategies to pursue and win work.

Our 2025 Summer Internship is a 10-week, full-time program that begins in early June and concludes in mid-August. The internship will be fully-remote from any U.S. location.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with CX teams to develop and implement and promote customer-centric initiatives across the organization.
  • Research CX best practices to identify opportunities for improvement within ICF.
  • Support the development and refinement of CX-related content, messaging, and materials
  • Assist in the planning and execution of customer feedback initiatives, surveys, and focus groups to gather insights and improve customer experience strategies.
  • Maintain and enhance the existing CX intranet resource, ensuring it provides relevant and engaging content for internal stakeholders.


Basic Qualification:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or other related field (with an anticipated graduation of August 2025 or later).


Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Able to work quickly, accurately, and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience conducting research, organizing, and analyzing information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is :

$32,591.00 - $55,405.00
