Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at Latin Fresh. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, leading the team, maintaining quality standards, train and develop employees and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will assist in inventory management, scheduling, build sales and implementing policies to uphold the company's values and vision.

Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management, operations, and customer service
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • Previous experience in Quick Service Restaurants is a big plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
