- Work hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

- Assist the Accounting Manager in managing the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Help ensure that the company's accounting processes comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
- Aid in the planning, organization, and execution of all accounting activities, including accounts payable, purchasing, prepaid, accruals, and fixed assets.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing financial statements, performing reconciliations, and conducting detailed account analyses.
- Assist in overseeing accounts payable tasks to ensure timely processing and compliance with internal procedures.
- Help manage and reconcile the Fixed Assets sub-ledger with the corresponding general ledger, ensuring assets are tracked accurately, marked, and inventoried as required.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and analyses for use by management and other departments.
- Assist in providing insights and support for managerial accounting functions to enhance financial decision-making.
- Work closely with the accounting team to foster a productive and efficient environment, providing support where needed and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- ERP system experience is preferred.
- Previous department Managing Experience is preferred.
