As an Emergency Response Coordinator (ERC) at Paul Davis Restoration, you wont just be selling servicesyoull be guiding homeowners and business owners through one of the toughest times in their lives, restoring their properties and peace of mind after a fire. With every sale, youre not only helping them rebuild but also earning a strong base salary plus uncapped commission, where your success directly impacts your earnings.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Cultivate relationships with local fire departments and regional associations to expand your network.
  • Be a first responder, providing crucial knowledge and support to property owners during fire emergencies.
  • Drive sales and achieve metricsyour efforts will be directly reflected in your earnings with uncapped commission potential.
What You Bring to the Table:


  • 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in the construction or restoration industry.
