Fantastic opportunity for a Civil Engineer interested in helping lead and shape a growing Bridge practice team in Indy. Permanent job with excellent benefits including a significant bonus opportunity.

Role can work for someone at the Sr Project Engineer or Project Manager level, depending on what role you prefer and where you want to take your career. Regional Civil firm with a solid team of Bridge Engineers, PM's, and Designers, but mostly based in a different Indiana office. Chance to help lead a bridge team in Indy unique opportunity to put your stamp on building out the Bridge practice & team. Great group of engineering pros to collaborate with, and firm is the perfect size. Big enough to provide all the support needed and take on varied projects, but still focused regionally and far from the kind of role where you'd be a forgotten number. This is a real growth opportunity. Are you an experienced Engineer stuck behind others but ready to move into Project Management and helping the team? Already a PM and ready to start leading engineers on a broader level but don't have the opportunity in current role?

Salary target of $100-145K (flexible) +Bonus +profit sharing, and great benefits. Work from home 2 days per week if desired.

REQUIRED BACKGROUND:

  • 5+ years of professional Civil Engineering experience, with strong Bridge project experience.
  • Civil Engineering degree
  • Great communication skills
