Job Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the software development lifecycle by ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and other team members to implement effective testing strategies and ensure successful software launches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Assurance & Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to identify defects and ensure that our software meets all quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers, Developers, and Designers to understand project requirements, provide feedback, and ensure smooth integration of new features.
  • Problem Solving: Identify, document, and track software defects, and work with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve QA processes by incorporating industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing.
  • Reporting: Provide detailed and clear reports on testing outcomes, including bug severity and potential impact, to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Client Focus: Ensure that the final product aligns with client expectations and enhances the overall user experience.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.
  • Experience in project management and Quality Assurance methodology.
  • Familiarity with Agile framework and regression testing.
  • Strong documentation skills as it relates to business requirements and scope definition.
  • Superior ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with varying priorities, set priorities, adapt to changing requirements and work conditions within deadlines.
  • Strong technical and analytical background, gives great attention to detail, and consistently follows through on commitments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and understand the importance of building long-lasting internal and external relationships, including the ability to generate results through influence, motivation, and engagement.
  • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with stakeholders and team members.
  • Excellent judgement, analytical skills, and troubleshooting skills with a proven ability to take initiative and ownership to solve problems creatively through the full life cycle of projects.
  • Ability to view the end results from multiple perspectives, i.e., end user, external and internal customers.
  • Self-motivated, hard-working, results-oriented, and works well under pressure.
  • Enjoys solving problems and helping others solve problems.
  • Energetic, flexible, collaborative, proactive, and fun.
Required Education / Training / Experience:
  • Bachelor s Degree in Business/Management.
  • 3+ years in an office management position.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft platforms (Office 365).
  • Experience working remotely.
