This is a 1-month contract position ($24.00 an hour). We are looking for this position to start in the next 2 weeks! The Recruiting Coordinator (Contract Position) manages the administrative functions to support the store recruiting process, with a primary focus on the job requisition creation process, reviewing applicant qualifications, as well as the generation and delivery of offer letters. This role will partner with Store Team Leaders, candidates, interviewers, and other stakeholders to ensure hiring goals are well defined, mutually understood, and achieved. No previous recruiting or HR experience required. We are looking for candidates that embrace the culture of teamwork, collaboration, and a positive work environment.

This contract position is a corporate role that is based in our Austin, Texas Global Support office. Please note you are required to work out of the Global Support office at least 3 days a week, with the option to work remotely 2 days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists with job posting, application review, and other logistics in a high volume, fast paced work environment.
  • Reviews all candidates’ applications to prioritize for hiring leaders.
  • Ensures candidate processes are completed accurately and on time
  • Processes Offer Letters plus other new-hire documentation and makes follow up calls as needed
  • Partners with Recruiters, hiring leaders, interviewers, and HR Generalist Teams to help deliver an organized and engaging candidate experience.
  • Assists with special projects as assigned.

Skills:

  • Foundational knowledge of Recruiting practices, processes, and procedures.
  • Develops and applies knowledge of Recruiting transactional processes, Background Checks, Interview scheduling, and reporting and tracking requirements.
  • Develops foundational knowledge of various office software, database management systems, and related applications (i.e. Applicant Tracking System, Microsoft Office software, and HR applications).
  • Establishes effective working relationships within team, allied teams, and vendor representatives.
  • Communicates data and information in a clear, concise, and organized fashion.
  • Demonstrates a customer-focused orientation and mindset.
  • Makes decisions on routine issues and problems.
  • Recognizes, clarifies, and prioritizes concerns.

Education & Experience:

Human Resources or Recruiting experience is preferred

Working knowledge of Workday is preferred

Working knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
