Influencer Marketing Manager for DTC Ecommerce health and wellness brand - Full-Time / 100% Remote

Alfa Wave Agency is actively partnered with a leading online wellness brand that offers high-quality natural supplements, nutrition guides, and lifestyle programs designed to help people live healthier lives. Their Acquisition Marketing Team is expanding and looking to bring on an Influencer Marketing Manager to build out and lead a successful influencer program.

We’re seeking someone with hands-on experience building out an influencer strategy, ideally in the health and wellness product space. As the Influencer Marketing Manager you will take charge of building relationships with influencers who align with their brand’s mission and target demographic, leveraging your existing network or expertise to drive impactful partnerships. Ideally, you have a proven track record of executing influencer strategies in a similar industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all Name/Image/Likeness (NIL), local, and national influencer relationships
• Evaluate, schedule, and manage logistics for branded influencer relationships and promotional events
• Work on all influencer briefs, partnerships, events, and evaluations
• Partners with cross-functional teams to ensure the social media and influencer partnerships are aligned with business objectives, including audience and growth goals and overall communications strategy
• Collect social metrics and provide strategic analysis reporting weekly and monthly
• Identify and notify the team of appropriate nationally trending topics and provide the best ways to leverage the opportunity through content and influencers, as well as escalate any potential issues
• Develop and update training materials to assist field marketing teams with all local influencer activations
• Monitor and report sentiment from all influencer partnerships and alert team to any potential issues
• Analyze focused market data to identify opportunities and provide recommendations
• Assist with managing influencer social media content calendar development, coordinating localization of posts, and with crisis identification

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of driving significant traffic to the brand as a direct result of working with content creators and brand influencers
• A clear understanding of the health and wellness industry and experience working with a demographic of women over the age of 60.
• Current follower of the latest trends in the health and wellness industry and related marketing trends
• Clear understanding of brand voice to develop briefs and influencer messaging and of all NIL and FTC legal regulations related to influencer partnerships and promotions
• Experience working with and/or managing Influencer Marketing agencies from the RFP process all the way through to day-to-day execution and regular budget management
• Fundamental understanding of various social media and influencer tools such as Creator IQ, Khoros, MomentFeed, Sprinklr, Sprout Social, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of the various social platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest!
