Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Investment Banking Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Investment Banking Analyst, you will work closely with senior analysts and investment bankers to provide analytical support for financial transactions and advisory services. Your responsibilities will include conducting financial modeling, performing valuation analysis, preparing pitch books and presentations, conducting industry research, and assisting in due diligence processes. You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to various financial products and services, develop strong analytical skills, and contribute to the success of our clients' strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in financial modeling and valuation analysis for mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial transactions
  • Prepare pitch books, presentations, and other marketing materials for client meetings and transactions
  • Conduct industry and company research to support transaction execution and business development efforts
  • Assist in due diligence processes, including data analysis and coordination with legal, accounting, and other advisors
  • Support senior analysts and bankers in day-to-day activities and client interactions
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulatory developments, and industry news relevant to investment banking activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases
  • Previous internship or relevant work experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related field is preferred but not required
