  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: IT Associate

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated IT Associate to join our clients construction company. You will play a key role in maintaining our technology infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Technology Upkeep: Manage the day-to-day maintenance of computers, hardware, software, network systems, and wireless infrastructure.

  • Technical Support: Provide responsive assistance to staff members via in-person, phone, or email communication.

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of IT equipment inventory.

  • Website Support: Assist in the technical management of the company's web platforms.

  • System Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance tasks and implement necessary upgrades to IT systems and networks.

  • User Training: Help onboard new employees and provide training on company IT systems and best practices.

  • Active Directory Administration: Maintain and update the company's Active Directory system.

Skills Needed:

  • Remote Monitoring: Capability to monitor remote systems effectively.

  • Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

  • Microsoft Expertise: Proficiency in the full suite of Microsoft products and administration tools.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with staff at all levels.
