Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our IT operations in the industrial and manufacturing sector. This pivotal role involves managing a dedicated team and overseeing all IT functions at our location. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing IT strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring optimal support and maintenance of existing applications, and driving the development of innovative technology architectures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership:

    • Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

    • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and support professional development opportunities.

  • Project Management:

    • Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Operational Oversight:

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • 7+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

  • Proven experience leading teams and managing complex IT projects.

  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud technologies.

  • Familiarity with manufacturing systems and applications is a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
