Responsibilities


  • Facilitate sprint planning across development teams.
  • Establish and document project timelines and complexities.
  • Lead feature development and execution for large projects across multiple platforms, languages, and time zones.
  • Effectively manage and communicate release planning throughout the organization.
  • Develop and refine product release checklists with relevant stakeholders, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on high-level capacity planning during quarterly planning and on a sprint-by-sprint basis.
  • Track team velocity, and recommend organizational changes to enhance project development and delivery.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of program management experience.
  • Ability to quickly identify process issues and develop iterative solutions.
  • Focus on continuously improving team quality and output.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using data to track team performance and make informed recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills, with a reputation for providing reliable status updates.
  • Proactive, self-starting attitude.
