At the client’s Fintech firm, you will be able to access state-of-the-art technology and utilize your leadership and facilitation skills to act as a bridge between product teams, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful, timely, and high-quality project delivery.
Please note this is an onsite position at the client’s Chicago office.
As an Agile Program Manager, you will:
- Collaborate closely with product managers, development teams, and key business stakeholders to ensure that project scope is defined and that deliverables align with business goals and market needs.
- Help manage the flow of work through the product backlog, ensuring that development efforts align with the project roadmap and priorities.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Effectively identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks and blockers early in the process to maintain smooth development progress.
- Use metrics and feedback from retrospectives to implement changes that enhance team performance and project outcomes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience with Agile Project Management.
- Experience managing the development lifecycle for Financial market solutions and services is a major plus.
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum and other Agile frameworks, with a strong understanding of scaling Agile practices across multiple teams.
- Hands-on experience with software development life cycles and managing software development projects.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate collaborative decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage technical teams and communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- This is an onsite position working at the client’s Chicago office.
