The HR Coordinator plays a key role in the smooth operation of the HR team, ensuring the effective coordination of various HR processes and providing support in key areas such as recruiting, onboarding, HR events, and administrative functions. This position is responsible for scheduling, coordination, and day-to-day HR activities to support an efficient and compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the HR team's calendar, scheduling and coordinating internal meetings, events, and important deadlines.

• Assist in planning and coordinating HR events such as training sessions, employee engagement activities, and company-wide initiatives.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews and recruiting activities, working closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure smooth communication with candidates.

• Assist with the tracking and processing of candidate applications in the ATS.

• Communicate with candidates to provide updates, gather required documents, and confirm interview details.

• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring that their first two weeks are well-structured and organized.

• Manage scheduling for onboarding meetings and training sessions with various departments.

• Serve as a point of contact for new hires during their onboarding period, ensuring they have access to resources and support.

• Assist the HR Operations Specialist with onboarding and offboarding scheduling and documentation processes.

• Handle general HR inquiries, directing them to appropriate team members as necessary.

• Prepare and maintain reports related to HR metrics and employee data.

• Provide ongoing support to the HR team to assist in other day-to-day operations and special projects as assigned.

• Assist with maintaining internal HR systems and filing processes to ensure up-to-date employee records and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

• 1-2 years of HR coordination or administrative support experience preferred.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software and ATS systems.

• High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and confidentiality.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
