The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills, HTML design skills, and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for design and typography. This candidate will have experience in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.

This is an on-site position in Southlake, TX. Schedule is Monday through Friday.

Compensation:

$45,000 - $65,000

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
  • Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
  • Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in graphic design
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
  • Experience designing the visual feel of websites with an understanding of the balance between UX/UI
  • Experience designing for print and working with print shop managers
  • Ability to take a concept to creation with a strong understanding of the brand and project outline
  • Experience with hand-coding HTML and CSS (at least two years)
  • Expert level with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) (at least four years)
  • Must have a portfolio of your work to share and discuss
  • Eager to learn
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Start-up mentality: Roll up your sleeves and help as needed to get the job done well
  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be organized, work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Manage a workflow that includes multiple one-off projects with competing deadlines
  • This position is based in our offices in Southlake, Texas. This is not a remote or hybrid position.
  • Hours are Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm with occasional expanded hours and Saturdays for events
