Junior Product Management Analyst

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Management Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the development and management of our product portfolio by conducting market research, analyzing data, and supporting product strategy initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Prepare reports and presentations to support product decisions.
• Data Analysis: Analyze product performance data, user feedback, and market trends to provide actionable insights. Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Product Strategy Support: Assist in the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps. Collaborate with senior product managers to define product requirements and specifications.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure product alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
• Documentation: Maintain product documentation, including feature requirements, user stories, and process flows. Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
• Project Coordination: Support project management activities, including scheduling, tracking progress, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
  
  

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a product management, business analysis, or related role is preferred. Internships or relevant academic projects will be considered.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and familiarity with product management software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present data and insights clearly and effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
