Job Title: Total Rewards (HR) Analyst

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Total Rewards (HR) Analyst to join our aircraft engineering company in San Jose, CA, on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have experience working with HR Information Systems (HRIS), strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, and a solid understanding of compensation and benefits data. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Total Rewards team by managing compensation data, benefits analysis, and other HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Total Rewards team in administering compensation, benefits, and rewards programs.

  • Conduct data analysis on compensation and benefits using Excel and Google Sheets, ensuring accurate reporting.

  • Collaborate with HR to provide insights on market trends and internal salary benchmarking.

  • Work with HRIS platforms to input, extract, and manage employee data related to compensation and benefits.

  • Ensure the integrity of compensation and benefits data by performing regular audits and maintaining accurate records.

  • Assist in developing compensation models, salary structures, and job grading analysis.

  • Provide support for annual salary reviews, bonus processing, and benefits renewals.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams including payroll, HR, and finance to ensure seamless HR operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in Total Rewards, compensation analysis, or a similar HR role.

  • Strong experience with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, or similar).

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, complex formulas) and Google Sheets.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of compensation best practices and legal requirements is a plus.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $38.00 per hour
