Oracle HCM Solution Architect
Remote
Duration 6+ months

Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Solution Architect with extensive expertise in multiple modules, including Core HR, Talent Acquisition (TA), and Talent Management (TM).
This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, strong technical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to
deliver exceptional results.

  • Core HR (expert)
  • TA (Advance or understand the process and integrations points)
  • Compensation integration points and how comp structures are shared with Core, Payroll etc.
  • Understand cross connection around the workstream and end to end solutioning with complexities around core HR, workflows using AOR, Redwood etc.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across Core HR, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management modules.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, including planning, analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Develop and maintain architecture artifacts (e.g., models, diagrams, documentation) to ensure alignment with business and IT strategies.
  • Ensure the integration of Oracle HCM solutions with other enterprise systems.
  • Identify and resolve issues and risks related to Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud updates, enhancements, and industry best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of Oracle HCM solutions to ensure optimal performance and scalability.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with a focus on Core HR, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management modules.
  • Strong technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and integration.
  • Proven experience in leading end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
