We are currently hiring a Customer Solutions Engineer III for our Solutions Group. We offer an awesome benefits package, clean environment, and opportunities for advancement!

Hours: Full-time salary, 8:00am- 5:00pm Mon-Fri. Hybrid schedule once fully operational.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides presentations, webinars, and in person training to customers, sales reps, regional sales managers and fellow associates.
  • Responsible for creating proposals and supporting technical sales in a team selling environment.
  • Capable of performing environmental testing in a lab environment, writes comprehensive test reports and posttest summary for customers.
  • Provides product training, application training and sales support.
  • Capable of understanding the customers product sufficiently to identify needs for fixturing and product configuration.
  • Performs technical sales presentations and builds relationships with technical influencers within reliability, product development and manufacturing arena.
  • Assists to develop and implement Design of Experiments (DOE) that provide the benefits of HALT/HASS and other environmental testing.
  • Develops, publishes, and presents papers that demonstrate the results of HALT/HASS and other environmental testing.
  • Capable of using the company CRM to monitor and maintain customers quotes and inquiries.
  • Interacts with Customer Support on Technical Issues.
  • Travels up to 25%.
  • Participates in ISO and Quality process as required.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing equipment environment.
  • Understanding of Electro-Dynamic shaker function and use, as well as an understanding of how this technology differs from Repetitive Shock vibration.
  • Hands on experience designing and implementing mechanical test fixtures (preferred).
  • Mechanical and Electrical aptitude.
  • Experience using Thermal and vibration testing to implement product validation.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
