POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to advance your career in the technology and consulting industry. As a Presales Lead, you will support our pre-sales activities, assist with solution demonstrations, and contribute to the overall success of our sales efforts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs, and other sales-related documents.
  • Provide basic technical support and address customer inquiries during the sales process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on our products, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Provide feedback to product management and engineering teams based on customer interactions and market insights.
  • Maintain, update, and enhance technical demo assets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof of concepts (POCs) to showcase the capabilities of our solutions.
  • Act as an independent problem solver and be able to navigate ambiguity
  • Other ad doc duties as assigned by leadership

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3 years of OneStream project experience OR 1 year of OneStream project experience plus 3 years of other relevant experience in Oracle EPM / Hyperion / similar technology.
  • Basic understanding of business processes and enterprise performance management solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to support sales activities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or similar role.
  • Relevant technical and/or professional certifications.
  • Experience using a CRM tool like Salesforce.
