The ideal candidate will be organized, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The assistant will perform various administrative duties to support the CEO and the company's customer success initiatives.

DescriptionResponsibilities
  • Directly support Customer Success by interacting with consumers
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Reconcile expenses
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed
  • Prepare presentation materials and business proposals
  • Provide administrative support to other team members as needed
Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
