As the Growth Operations Manager, you will own core business operations for Pipeline Generation/Growth working and collaborating with Marketing & Sales Leadership. Your job will include identifying growth opportunities, optimizing our marketing funnels, and creating systems and processes to enable our go-to-market teams. Working closely with Go-To-Market leadership and cross-functional teams, you will quickly identify opportunities and be instrumental in creating and implementing solutions to grow and accelerate pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • As a Growth Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading our growth efforts across our prospects and customers: identifying growth opportunities and optimizing our marketing funnels
  • Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy focused on pipeline creation, pipeline acceleration, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
  • Your focus will especially be on Outbound
  • Experimentation: Design, implement, and analyze experiments across channels (e.g., email, social media, paid advertising, SEO, outbound) to identify the most effective growth tactics
  • Funnel Optimization: Analyze and optimize the marketing and sales funnels to maximize conversion rates at every stage
  • Data: Use tools to track and report on key growth metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Harness the power of our internal data, and develop a robust external data set to fuel signals and intelligence
  • Market Intelligence: Use both market research and field team feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats to inform growth strategies
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, business development, product, sales, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of total work experience in an analytical role (Strategy, Growth, Analytics, Revenue Operations, Management Consulting)
  • Experience in Growth Strategy, Growth Marketing, Business Operations, or Sales Strategy in a high-growth, fast paced environment, preferably at a SaaS or B2B organization
  • Working knowledge of key data enrichment tools or datasets for growth signals

Desired Skills & Experience

  • The ideal candidate is highly analytical and results-oriented, will have a deep understanding of growth hacking techniques, a passion for experimentation, and a knack for leveraging data to drive decision-making
  • Understanding of both enterprise sales motions and product-led sales motions
  • Experience with customer journey and outbound marketing design
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Strong project management experience with demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines
  • Track-record of collaborating with cross-functional partners to lead transformation and growth
  • Highly motivated, innate intellectual curiosity, and a strong desire to drive impact
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity - experience in a startup or high-growth company is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to tackling hard problems
  • Experience with Clay, Ocean.io, or other emerging growth technologies

Additional Qualifications

  • This position will require no more than 20% travel from time to time as set forth by the Company.
  • Must have a valid US work visa upon hire to be considered for this position.
  • Must have reliable internet connection and an at home workstation setup.
