Technical Support Engineer position overview:

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive onboarding and post-production support to partners including training and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor and support existing integrations, addressing and resolving any issues.
  • Work closely with a cross functional team to investigate and resolve problems ensuring timely post-production support.
  • Handle production support tasks in a timely manner
  • Analyze and report on issue trends to improve process and automation efforts

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of similar Technical Support experience
  • Bachelor s degree in computer science or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Knowledge of Java, integrations with web services, APIs
  • Experience troubleshooting/testing UI and mobile applications
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, JIRA
  • Proficient in SQL and NOSQL
  • Experience in AWS or other cloud platform a plus
  • Knowledge of SAML and SSL certificate installation
  • Works well in a team environment and is comfortable with a fast pace, switching priorities, and multitasking.
  • Expert analysis, troubleshooting, technical and non-technical communication skills

Bonus Points

  • Experience in lending or fintech industry
  • Familiarity with Big Data analytics platforms

Base salary

The annual base salary for this position is between $100,000 and $110,000 depending upon experience.
