-Perform routine maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation units.

-Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues and provide effective solutions.

- Help others on the team with questions and solutions

-Install new HVAC systems and ensure they are functioning correctly.

-Conduct system inspections and identify potential problems or hazards.

-Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.

-Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients about their HVAC systems and any necessary repairs or replacements.

-Train and mentor junior technicians and assist in their professional development.
