The OpportunityThe VP of Product Marketing & Management will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Radiant Logic s product portfolio. This dual-focused role combines strategic product management responsibilities with the leadership of the marketing team to create and execute go-to-market strategies that drive growth and market adoption. The role reports directly to the VP of Marketing with a dotted line into the Chief Product Officer (CPO), reflecting the critical intersection between product strategy and market execution.

Responsibilities

Marketing:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing products/solution offerings, including product positioning, messaging, and pricing.
  • Product to Brand Messaging Interlock: Strengthen the Radiant Logic brand by ensuring consistent messaging and positioning of Radiant Logic solutions across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Lead Generation: Leverage Product support to drive lead generation, supporting the strategic and content needs of targeted campaigns, digital marketing, and enablement to support sales goals.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide the sales team with the necessary tools, collateral, and training to effectively sell Radiant Logic s products. Develop Sales content that uniquely positions us against our competitors.
  • Market Positioning: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that differentiate Radiant Logic in the marketplace and drive competitive advantage. To include pricing, segmentation, and customer profile.
  • Analyst Engagement:

Managing Communications: Regularly engaging with analysts through briefings, press releases, and major announcements, providing them with the right marketing collateral and updates.

Driving Industry Recognition: Helping the company get recognized in analyst reports, awards, and industry benchmark studies, which can boost credibility.

Maximizing Influence in Analyst Reports: Strategically working to secure positive placement in influential reports, leveraging them in marketing campaigns and customer communications.

Building Thought Leadership: Positioning the company as a thought leader in the industry by engaging with analysts on key trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

  • Content Strategy: Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including white papers, case studies, and blog posts, that supports product marketing initiatives.

Product Management:

  • Product Strategy Development: Work closely with the CPO to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with Radiant Logic s overall business objectives.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to inform product development and enhancements.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring products meet market demands and are aligned with customer needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, sales, customer success, and other departments to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption.
  • Analyst Engagement:

Communicating Product Strategy: Ensuring that analysts are well-informed about the company s product roadmap, innovations, and strategic direction.

Providing Product Insights: Sharing detailed product updates, features, and competitive differentiators with analysts, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of what sets the product apart.

Gathering Feedback: Using insights from analysts to refine product strategies based on market trends, industry expectations, and competitive landscapes.

Supporting Analyst Evaluations: Collaborating on reports like Gartner s Magic Quadrant or Forrester s Wave to ensure accurate positioning and representation of the product.

Influencing Product Direction: Leveraging feedback from analysts to align product development with market needs and analyst expectations.

  • Product Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Content Identification and Creation: Deliver world class marketing content, including value proposition, blogs, whitepapers & presentations for identified scenarios, products/features, and segments/audiences.

Skills and Experience

Must-have:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management and/or marketing, preferably in identity management & analytics, security, or related technology sectors.
  • Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful product and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a B2B environment, particularly with enterprise customers.
  • Familiarity with Agile product development processes.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
