We are looking for a Head of Product to lead our product team and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of Kixie s product offerings. This role requires a blend of business and technical expertise, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure that our product aligns with our market needs and exceeds customer expectations.

In this role you will:

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with Kixie's business objectives and market opportunities
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricity
  • Utilize prioritization frameworks to ensure that resources are allocated effectively, and product initiatives are aligned with strategic objectives
  • Advocate for the needs of our users, ensuring that all product enhancements and new features drive customer satisfaction and business impact
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new product opportunities and areas for growth
  • Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and feature definition to launch and iteration, ensuring that products meet quality, usability, and performance standards
  • Utilize data analytics and user feedback to make informed decisions, refine product features, and optimize the user experience
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for new product launches
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and track performance against business goals
  • Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product development and launch processes

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling SaaS products, preferably in the sales enablement or communication tools space
  • Solid knowledge of database architecture to guide technical decisions and collaborate effectively with engineering teams
  • Strong understanding of product development methodologies
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive product decisions
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences
  • Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapes
  • Ability to think strategically while being hands-on when needed to drive execution
  • Experience with CRM platforms, sales tools, or integration technologies is a plus
  • Familiarity with CPaaS providers such as Plivo, Twilio, or similar services is a plus
