Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager with a strong background in Agile/Scrum practices. This role involves leading cross-functional projects from inception to delivery, working closely with engineering teams and key stakeholders to drive product success, especially in healthcare technology. You will play a pivotal role in translating business needs into actionable technical plans while fostering a culture of collaboration, discipline, and continuous improvement.

This role is hybrid which requires working from Sunnyvale office or Los Angeles office.

Requirements

Senior Technical Program Manager, Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end technical programs and projects with a focus on delivering high-quality, impactful business solutions.
  • Act as a Scrum Master/Agile coach, guiding engineering teams through Agile/Lean methodologies to drive successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather business needs and translate them into clear, actionable technical requirements.
  • Ensure successful execution of complex, cross-functional projects by managing risks, timelines, and resources.
  • Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making and metrics-based operations within the team.
  • Facilitate clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and promote a collaborative, customer-centric mindset across teams.

Minimum Requirements:

    • 7+ years of program/project management experience.
    • Proven experience as an Agile/Scrum Master with strong technical acumen.
    • Experience working with frontend and backend software development teams.
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
    • PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certifications are highly desirable.
    • Deep understanding of AI, LLM, full-stack software, cloud services, and embedded hardware products & development processes.
    • Exceptional collaboration, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to facilitate a win-win approach to problem-solving.
    • Mastery of Agile & Lean methodologies with proven ability to coach teams.
    • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).

Preferred Requirements:

    • Experience in technology-driven environment.
    • Healthcare Technology experience.
