Software Quality Assurance Analyst

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We are an electronic medical records software company headquartered in Bonita Springs, Florida. We are seeking a long-term, talented, and motivated Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The QA Specialist inspects products throughout distinct phases of development to ensure they meet consistent standards by following, supporting, and identifying testing procedures for EyeMD EMR products. Duties for this role include performing testing strategies in an Agile methodology environment to provide program enhancements, recording quality issues, and planning processes to decrease the instances of defects in products. To be considered for this position, you must live and permanently reside within one of the following states, FL, GA, MI, NC, OH, OK, PA, TX, WI.

WHAT BASIC QUALIFICATIONS YOU LL NEED:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate s degree in quality assurance, information systems, or equivalent training.
• Two (2) years of experience in Quality Assurance and software testing.
• Knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or other Software Testing platforms.
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and conduct thorough investigations with tact.
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to consult with clients, provide technical and customer support, and efficiently manage workload and testing processes.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work enthusiastically in a constantly changing environment.

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE:

• Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Industry recognized Software Testing Certifications.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems.
• Experience with API testing and tools such as Postman.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, and SQL Server.
• 3+ years of experience as a software QA tester with experience in automation testing frameworks.
• Experience testing .NET desktop, mobile, and web-based applications.
• Experience writing and maintaining test scripts.
• Experience testing responsiveness of web applications and browser compatibility testing.
• Experience with W3C/ADA Accessibility testing.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Preference given to HQ office-based candidates (2 days/week).
