Collective Training SME - USSTRATCOM

The Garrett Group is seeking a Collective Training SME to join the J7 team.

Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in one of the following mission areas: Strategic Deterrence, Nuclear Operations, or Global Strike. Must be able to speak authoritatively on most aspects of joint collective training development and execution. Must be capable of assisting other team members, as needed, respective to the accomplishment of the Collective Training mission.

• Individuals must demonstrate, through positions held or narrative in a qualification summary, a thorough understanding of USSTRATCOM-assigned UCP mission-sets, CJCS and USSTRATCOM EAP and/or thorough knowledge of end-to-end operations and processes from National-level decision making through unit level execution.
• Team members should have experience with the development, administration and execution of scenario-based training modules.
• Prior operational experience at a CCMD, Joint Staff, or Service MAJCOM to include command center/battle staff duties is desirable.
