We are seeking a dedicated Technical Lead, Sr. Analyst with strong expertise in leading and supporting software engineers to join our forward-thinking technology department as the lead Technical Engineer and Analyst. Responsibilities:

-> Lead and manage the Dev Team.

o Define and assign all tasks as per product requirements.

o Effectively communicate and collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure all tasks are executed and delivered on time and with quality.

o Provide support to your team to ensure roadblocks are resolved.

o Assist the Dev Team with research to identify best practices, tools, and resources needed for responsible development.

-> Provide engineering support to complete all bug fixes for quality assurance and optimization of code.

-> Design, Plan, and Implement development strategies to assist your team with delivering high quality products.

-> Perform final code reviews for quality and assurance before code is pushed.

-> Design and architect all product feature enhancements for scale, optimization, and high performance.

o Plan, direct, and manage code improvements.

-> Work directly with DevOps to manage the development, delivery, and deployment of company code.

-> Manage version control using Git and contribute to the development process within an agile framework.

-> Have a basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and deployment processes.

-> Work closely with cross-functional teams to for the successful release and improvement of our products and services.

-> Stay abreast of regulatory requirements that may impact solution design, deployment, and management of our products and services.

o Ensure our software applications are designed and coded in compliance with regulatory requirements such as but not limited to DFARS, ISO, NIST, CMMC, GDPR.

Core Skillsets:

-> Servant Leadership and Team Development

-> Design Thinking

-> Languages: Proficiency in Python 3, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+)..

-> Familiarity with software applications that include Machine Learning, Statistics, and Algorithms

-> Frameworks: Strong experience with React, Django and Django REST framework.

-> Package Managers: Proficient in using npm

-> Deployment: Extensive knowledge of Docker, docker-compose, docker-swarm, and CI/CD pipelines.

-> Background Processing: Experience with Celery.

-> Databases: Expertise in PostgreSQL, Redis, and Amazon Quantum Ledger.

-> Testing: Familiarity with pytest and unittest.

-> Version Control: Proficient in Git.

-> Operating System: Capable of working in Linux or Linux-based environments.

-> Cloud Services: Basic knowledge of AWS (EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, SES, AWS Console, CloudWatch).

Would Be a Plus:

-> Experience with WebSockets for real-time data communication.

-> Experience with Kubernetes.

Qualifications:

-> Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

-> 5+ years of management experience

-> 5+ years of experience in back-end development.

-> Demonstrated ability to build complex back-end systems.

-> Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

-> Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
