About the Role

The Frameplay Business Development team develops and sustains our strategic partnerships with mobile game and application developers. As Senior Manager of Business Development, you ll act as a strategic consultant to new and existing partners by combining sales, strong negotiation skills and a deep knowledge of industry trends and data insights. You ll be the primary driver of our growth within the gaming sector, and work cross functionally with sales, engineering, and senior management to ensure we have a strong portfolio of game partners.

Role Responsibilities

  • Identify, negotiate, and close game partners across mobile, console, and desktop
  • Build a pipeline of game partners that s aligned with our sales and tech team priorities
  • Own day-to-day negotiation and relationship management with our key game partners
  • Drive partnerships that are financially accretive to the company and deal terms that balance growth and cashflow needs
  • Understand and communicate market opportunities, needs and partner feedback to cross-functional team to inform product roadmap and prioritization
  • Build a strong industry network and be seen as a thought leader in the gaming space

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of relevant business development / or direct sales experience
  • Proven track record of sourcing, developing and maintaining partner relationships.
  • Established network within the gaming industry
  • Strong product and technical ability to assess integration requirements
  • Passionate about gaming and framePlay s mission.

This position is primarily a hybrid position, and we will consider applicants only in the specified geographic locations. We honor pay transparency, and the base compensation range for this position is $135,000 to 165,000 for candidates based in San Francisco, plus eligibility for the company bonus program, a meaningful equity package, a suite of employee benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan. Actual compensation can vary based on qualifications, experience, and location. Bands listed are for SF based employees.
