About the Role

As the Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations, you will support our go-to-market leadership in driving cross-functional productivity and efficiency.

You'll lead the Revenue Operations team in developing our systems (CRM, marketing automation, partner portal, and others). In doing so, you'll integrate our Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Finance teams to achieve critical business goals.

What You'll Do

Systems Management - 75%

  • Drive the technical and strategic roadmap for CRM and related systems used across Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Capital Markets
  • Connect our CRM, marketing automation, partner portal, and data warehouse integrations to maximize data visibility and integrity
  • Manage dedicated full-time and contract CRM systems-dedicated headcount
  • Ensure the CRM meets all go-to-market operating requirements
  • Work with Marketing to improve our marketing automation solutions' impact
  • Build pipeline tracking for pipeline review and forecasting, e.g. pipeline coverage analysis
  • Lead system-wide Account- and Contact-level attribution tracking initiative to unify our view of B2B partner touchpoints
  • Maintain appropriate data transmission, accuracy, and reporting for the go-to-market functions

Revenue Operations Projects - 25%

  • Drive Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships alignment across the go-to-market motion
  • Manage rules of engagement (ROE) across teams and individuals
  • Support expanding products and services within revenue operations
  • Improve our Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing teams' efficiency and productivity

What We Look For

  • 7+ years of experience in revenue operations or business operations
  • 5+ years of experience with Hubspot and/or Salesforce
  • Financial technology, software, and B2B experience preferred
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically
  • Strong written and verbal communication we value the clear articulation of complex ideas
  • Excellent attention to detail, follow through, and a sense of urgency
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and prioritize appropriately

For CO, NY, CA, and WA residents, the salary range is $113,000 - $142,000 with up to a 25% Bonus and Equity. Actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience and location.
