BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated C/ C++ Programmer for an opportunity in Fully remote

Job Type:[FULL TIME (>=40 HRS WEEKLY), [CONTRACT], [Remote]

Pay Range:$50.00/hr - $65.00/hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:

• Programming experience with C, C++, Python, Fortran, Java, Perl/Shell scripting, PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Visual Studio, GitHub, Oracle databases, Linux, Windows, ServiceNow, MS Office Tools, SharePoint, Jira.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills, testing skills and communication skills.
• Ability to install commercial and open-source applications for use on a large multi-platform network.
• Ability to work closely with Engineering customers, understand business needs, perform root cause analysis, help drive the resolution of issues and manage risk, propose process improvements.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues by assessing multiple components such as software, network, data access, user environment, OS, licensing.
• Highly motivated self-starter with attention to details, well organized, who takes initiative with minimal supervision and can pick up new skills quickly.
