In this role, you will manage the daily execution of quantitative systematic trading strategies, making real-time decisions to manage risk, adjust to market changes, and respond to trading patterns. You will also handle alerts from our advanced monitoring system. Working closely with strategy developers and technology experts, you'll be instrumental in refining the trading platform and capturing business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with developers, researchers, and technology teams to manage the day-to-day operations of the systematic trading platform.
  • Drive business growth by developing a deep understanding of market microstructure, products, regulations, and the trading platform, including new regions, venues, and products. Identify new technology requirements as needed.
  • Continuously enhance the trading platform through design and implementation improvements.
  • Analyze market and strategy performance trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and implement trading playbooks to manage risks associated with macroeconomic events.
  • Take ownership of risk management practices and supervise trading activities.

Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Finance, Economics, or Business from a top-tier institution.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic decision-making skills, with the ability to maintain a broad perspective and make informed decisions in a fast-paced trading environment.
  • Previous experience in electronic trading.
  • Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the drive to learn and adapt to achieve success.
