  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Business Analyst
Duration: 12 months
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)

Essential Functions:

  • Facilitate discussions with various department personnel to gather and document requirements, specifications, intended outcomes, features, and functionality.
  • Develop and document functional specifications for system enhancements.
  • Ensure clarity in documented requirements to prevent scope creep, gold plating, or non-value-added activities.
  • Document business requirements according to industry best practices and standard PMO processes.
  • Create functional workflow diagrams to capture business goals and high-level scope.
  • Coordinate project deliverables with the Project Manager, including scheduling meetings, tracking activities, and creating status reports.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrate integrity, and show a commitment to innovation, efficiency, and fiscally responsible activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of IT projects and the software development lifecycle (waterfall and/or agile).
  • Ability to develop requirements based on professional standards (e.g., PMI or similar).
  • A four-year degree in Information Technology or a related field, with at least five years of experience as a Business Analyst on IT projects.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • A blend of technical expertise, leadership, and business analysis skills is ideal.
  • Professional certifications in PMI (PMP, Agile, or similar) are a plus.

Interview Process:

  • 1 round of remote interviews, with the possibility of a second onsite round.
