  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Title: RFP Manager
Pay Status: Exempt
Department: Corporate (Service Operations)
Role Summary:
This is a lead role on the RFP team designed to represent and support our Product and Services business units to drive revenue. This includes managing both RFP responses and state term contract requirements. The right candidate will have a well-rounded experience to lead business strategies and deliver proposals and contract requirements within deadlines.
Qualifications:

  • Expert level Microsoft Office skills
  • Project Management, leadership skills
  • 5 years of technical, business, and proposal writing skills
  • Creativity and entrepreneurial perspectives
  • Organizational and collaboration skills
  • 3-5 years of experience with I.T. Products and/or Services
  • 3-5 years of experience with state term, government, or higher education contracts
  • Attention to detail
  • Four-year degree preferred

Duties:

  • Lead Product and Services business units through the RFP response process
    • Assess competitiveness and win strategies
    • Lead teams through the proposal workflow to meet customer deadlines
    • Write and edit proposal materials as needed
    • Assemble answers, artifacts, marketing materials, pricing, and so on into a high-quality professional proposal
    • Build customer relationships as appropriate
  • Manage RFP status updates and metrics for weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Manage state term contracts, requirements, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain documentation, templates and libraries
    • Proposals and artifacts to facilitate future responses
    • Contract requirements to respond to compliance requirements
