  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking an experienced Monday.com Solution Architect. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to design and implement tailored solutions on the Monday.com platform for enterprise-level clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure that their needs are met and that they derive maximum value from their investment in Monday.com.

  • Solution Design: Architect and design scalable solutions on the Monday.com platform that align with client requirements and business objectives.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with enterprise-level clients to gather requirements, conduct needs assessments, and translate business processes into technical solutions.
  • Implementation & Support: Lead the implementation of Monday.com solutions, providing ongoing support and training to ensure successful adoption.
  • Integration Expertise: Collaborate with development teams to integrate Monday.com with other enterprise tools and systems.
  • Best Practices: Establish and promote best practices for using Monday.com across the organization and client engagements.
  • Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation, user guides, and training materials for clients and internal teams.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest features and capabilities of Monday.com and provide recommendations for enhancements.
<>Qualifications:</>
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a solution architect or similar role, specifically with a focus on Monday.com and enterprise-level accounts.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of project management principles and familiarity with software integration and API usage.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in project management, business analysis, or specific to Monday.com are a plus.
