Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development of new templates, features and workflows within the DocuSign CLM and Salesforce applications to support the contracting lifecycle.
  • Create workflows in CLM to automate the business process & contracts creations.
  • Design and development of DocuSign API solution and consuming other System API and integrating solutions within CLM.
  • Configure DocuSign CLM and eSignature features, including contract templates, document generation, approval workflows, and electronic signature processes.
  • Provide ongoing support for DocuSign solutions, including troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and implementing enhancements.
  • Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure DocuSign solutions comply with organizational policies, industry regulations, and security best practices.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and other technical team members on DocuSign CLM and eSignature functionalities.
  • Integrate DocuSign with other systems, including CRM, ERP, and document management systems, using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • 5+ years hands-on project experience with DocuSign CLM and eSignature.
  • DocuSign CLM Specialist or DocuSign Administrator certification is preferred.
  • Expertise in developing enterprise document capture, repository, and process management capabilities.
  • Understanding classification & taxonomy design and security model(s) of managing structured and unstructured content.
  • Experience with Contract Generation and Digital Electronic Signature processes.
  • Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems integration, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of compliance and security standards related to electronic signatures and document management.
  • Knowledge of document management and legal/compliance processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
