Overview:

We are looking for talented and knowledgeable Microsoft 365 (M365) Expert to join our IT team. As an expert, you will play a critical role in providing advanced support, administration, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services to ensure the stability and efficiency of our IT environment. The ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of M365 components and a passion for delivering high-quality technical solutions and support to our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2+ support for Microsoft 365 services, including but not limited to SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, and Power Platform.
  • Resolve escalated incidents and service requests related to M365 services within established SLAs, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Perform advanced administration tasks such as user management, permissions management, and configuration of M365 environments.
  • Collaborate with L3 support and engineering teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement solutions.
  • Assist in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of M365 solutions, including migrations, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and operational procedures.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to end-users on best practices for using M365 applications effectively.
  • Stay informed about Microsoft 365 updates, features, and industry trends to recommend improvements and optimizations.

Must-Have Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10-12 years of hands-on experience in supporting and administering Microsoft 365 services in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in administering multiple M365 services such as SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, and familiarity with Power Platform.
  • Strong understanding of M365 security, compliance, and governance features.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to M365 services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively.

Good to Have:

  • Microsoft certifications such as MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, MS-100: Microsoft 365 Identity and Services, and MS-101: Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security are preferred.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation for M365 administration tasks is a plus.
