Job Title: Production Planning Specialist - Power Forecasting

Department: Planning and Operations

Dallas TX

Role Overview: As a Production Planning Specialist in Power Forecasting, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product s future. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of power forecasting and control, supervising the power forecasting team, and leading the promotion of power forecasting based on cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Power Forecast Management: Oversee the entire power forecasting process, leveraging division resources to provide strategic decision-making support for product positioning.
  2. Power Demand Management: Supervise the power forecasting team, integrating customer demand and supply forecasts with capacity planning to assess risk points and conduct preplanning management and demand review work.
  3. Power Delivery Management: Coordinate and communicate with related departments, collaborate with technical manufacturing departments to develop and enhance production process protocols and technical indicators, and lead the resolution of key abnormal events.
  4. Cost Management: Lead the promotion of power forecasting based on cost optimization to enhance product competitiveness and ensure the company s profitability.
  5. Process and Digital Development: Streamline departmental processes and digital system requirements, collaborate with external departments for production planning and implementation of end-to-end process and system establishment.

Qualifications:

  1. Proficiency in ERP and other systems, and adept at using office software.
  2. Excellent communication skills and ability to handle stress effectively.
  3. Extensive expertise and practical experience in production and material planning and control, with a preference for candidates with more than 5 years of production planning experience.
  4. Strong organizational coordination and resilience, data management and analysis capabilities, and a strong sense of responsibility and stress tolerance.
